All prices are exclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated. Postage charges (if any) are shown at the checkout stage of the order and will be added to the order total. The prices of items sold on this web site are the prices for purchases made through the web site. Because of different operating costs the same item in our Doncaster shop may or may not be sold at the same price. The method of purchase (Web shop or Retail shop) will dictate the price at which the item is sold. An offer price on the web might not be matched for the same or similar product in the shop.
 

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

 
Orders can not be cancelled once payment as been made, you can notify us by email or telephone to arrange the return of purchased goods to us in accordance with the following clauses:
 
You can return goods you have ordered from us any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The postage cost of returning goods is borne by you. ( Certain items cannot be returned for a refund, unless faulty, please see list below)
 
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods or dispatch the exchanged goods. Postage costs do not constitute as part of the refund.
 
Please allow up to 14 days for any refunds to appear on your chosen method of payment.
 
Faulty items must be reported to mail@maskparade.co.uk within seven days of receipt of goods.  The right to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
 
  • - If the product has been used, or the original packaging has been damaged (this includes folded header cards) or missing.
  •

  • We DO NOT  except returns on the following items:
  • - Goods such as teeth, facial hair, hosiery (tights/stockings/underwear) and wigs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Items must be returned to us in the condition it was despatched and in a resaleable condition. Any items returned to us that fall outside our Returns Policy will be held by Maskparade for a period of 60 days to allow the customer to either arrange collection or to make payment for redelivery. This will be on a signed for service at a cost of £8.50. Should we have not heard from you within this time the items will be destroyed. We recommend that you return items by Recorded Delivery service. Maskparade cannot be held responsible for items not received from Royal Mail.
 
A contract is formed between us when we ship your order  
 

DELIVERY

 
Your order will not be accepted until we receive payment from you. The (total) price of the ordered goods shall be as set out in the on-line order form and includes postage and packing.
 
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on the on-line order form. Ordered goods will normally be delivered within 1 to 5 working days of your order being accepted depending on your chosen delivery method, unless otherwise notified to you by us. However, time for delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery. If we fail to despatch any ordered goods within 30 days of accepting your order (or, in the case of special orders, any longer period which we may have notified to you), we shall refund in full your payment in respect of such goods
 
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you. We will refund the cost of goods minus postage charges and minus £5 administration charges. or if the goods are still required, will ask for an additional shipping fee to make a second delivery.

Please be aware that orders received on a Friday for a Saturday delivery must clearly be marked as a Saturday delivery. Any orders that come through with a next day delivery code will be dispatched for a Monday delivery.
 
Orders may take longer to arrive during bank holidays, please allow extra time and order early to avoid disappointment. Maskparade will  not be responsible for delayed orders over the bank holidays.
